AI-built app to production

Your Lovable or Cursor app, safe to launch and ship on again.

The app an AI tool built (Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Cursor) or the codebase you inherited. Keys and access rules fixed, payments and webhooks tested, the highest-risk paths covered by tests, without breaking what already works.

30 minutes, free. Bring the repo link and what worries you most about launch.

How it works

One sprint, highest risk first.

  1. Find what can hurt you. Exposed keys, missing access rules, data any signed-in user can read, payment webhooks nobody verifies.
  2. Fix the highest-risk issues first and add tests on the paths that touch money, sign-in and user data.
  3. Verify every change against real data before it ships, so nothing that works today breaks.
  4. Leave you able to ship again: a deploy you can repeat, and notes on what changed and why. 1 to 2 weeks per sprint.

Fixed price per sprint, quoted after I see the repo. Never hourly: you're buying a safe launch, not bug-fixing time.

FirstGlance

2025–present · CTO · sole engineer

In August 2026 I consolidated FirstGlance's AI-assisted production codebase and verified the change with a byte-identical diff on 4,120 production records. It ships with blue-green, zero-downtime deploys on AWS, serving 100+ B2B companies.

ShipMatch

2026 · product build · public repo

Hardened through seven structured QA sessions: 73 issues triaged, 54 fixed, each with regression tests. 1,054 automated tests in all, with every outside API (Stripe, QuickBooks, Xero) faked in tests so the suite runs without live accounts.

Straight answer: the 4,120-record check was on my own production codebase, not a client's. The method on yours is the same: every change verified against real data before it ships.
